There are some pre-installed apps, and there are apps that you can install yourself. Should you want to download ESPN or other channels, you can easily do so from the Samsung apps store on your TV screen, right on the bottom of the screen.

Sound & Picture Quality

For the audio, not different than most of the TVs, this Samsung 70 NU6900 model features a 20 Watt built-in system. The sound is more than adequate to enjoy most apps, you can try to put the sound on the “amplify” option in the audio settings. But if you plan to watch movies a lot with this television, we suggest you look for a soundbar that will enhance the audio quality of your films.

The featured HDMI 2 that has ARC feature will enable you to use a wireless soundbar or surround sound. Or you can also hood a soundbar by connecting a digital optical cable that is mostly included when you purchase a soundbar.

Why this Samsung 70 NU6900 television model? The picture quality. For this price, this Samsung UN70NU6900FXZA has an impressive picture, true HDR and it’s a 4K. The refresh rate is 60 Hz. Although it does not have picture in picture, the vibrant color quality is on the same line with the much more expensive QLED or OLED, and it also costs you third the price.

The remote control that is packed with this TV is the basic remote control. It does not feature Bluetooth but it is a full remote. The 42 buttons with numbers on them are on the top, together with the hotkeys, and menu options. At the bottom of the remote, you will have the play, pause buttons, etc.

This Samsung 70 NU6900 is a great 4k television. Impressive picture quality, and very easy to setup. Super easy setup, since it will take you through the steps to set it up.

Overall, this Samsung 70 NU6900 is very impressive, considering the price you paid.
